“Get your game face on” at the 2022 Ponoka Chamber Trade Show – Ponoka News

The Ponoka & District Chamber of Commerce Trade Show is back, and this year’s theme is “Get Your Game”.

” There will be some for everyone. We are very happy to have our salon back after a two-year hiatus,” said Chamber General Manager Heather Bendera.

“We have a wide range of suppliers, from home renovations to nonprofits. We hope everyone will come and check it out.

The show will be held at the Ponoka Arena Complex from April 8 (3-8 p.m.) and April 9 (10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.).

There will be a marketplace with games and prizes.

Olympic speed skater Maddison Pearman will be a special guest on Friday.

The Easter Bunny will also make an appearance to take selfies with shoppers.

You can also try your luck at the slap hockey challenge to win a pair of Oilers tickets.

Admission for families is $10. Adults are $4 per person, seniors and youth are $2, and children under two are free.

If you are wearing your favorite team’s clothes, you can enter for free.

Each paid admission is an entry to win an autographed Team Canada women’s hockey jersey.

Ponoka chamber members can choose to display their business banner in “Banner Alley”, instead of purchasing a stand.

Businesses also have the option of setting up a bedroom game stand for children to play and win prizes.
