Las Vegas wins SIAL America, a trade fair for the US $ 1.5 trillion food industry

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Large ‘general purpose’ trade show focused on supporting the US $ 1.5 trillion food and beverage market to launch next year at the Las Vegas Convention Center, announcement says Tuesday.

SIAL America will come to Las Vegas from March 22-24 in 2022, marking the debut of the 50-year international show in the United States.

“We are delighted to welcome SIAL America to Las Vegas for its inaugural show in the United States,” said Brian Yost, Director of Operations for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).

SIAL America should include products from categories such as organic and wellness, beverages, groceries, sweets and baking, fruits and vegetables, seafood, dairy, frozen foods, snacks and meats. More information about the show is available at

“The arrival of SIAL strengthens Las Vegas’ position as a premier culinary destination with world-class dining and dining experiences,” said Yost.

Emerald Holding, Inc. and Comexposium join forces to launch the Las Vegas show. Emerald has a long-standing partnership with LVCVA, including the International Pizza Expo, which is currently taking place in Las Vegas. Emerald is also involved in the Las Vegas shows for ASD Market Week, the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, and the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show.

Comexposium is one of the world leaders in the organization of events.

Organizers did not specify how many exhibitors and attendees are expected for the March 2020 show.
