Scotland’s Autumn Trade Fair will be back in September

Scotland’s Autumn Trade Show returns to the SEC in Glasgow on September 18-19 to target independent retailers interested in the latest in gifts, jewelery and homeware.

The event, organized by Springboard Events on behalf of Clarion, will see approximately 120 exhibitors showcasing cards, homewares, gifts, textiles, jewelry and food in the show’s launch gallery. Several companies will exhibit for the first time at the show such as Christine Allan Art, Fiona Matheson Studio, Joy Nevada, Christine Gilbert Art and Surya Luna Naturals.

Show Director Mark Saunders said: “Nothing beats meeting suppliers and negotiating orders that can only be done face to face at trade shows, especially since many of our exhibitors will not be present only at this show. However, our fall show is more than just shopping, it allows stores to find out what’s hot on the market, discover new exhibitors, provides the opportunity to network and catch up with vendors, and is a welcome day after which we hope that the summer season will be busy.

“With many Britons now choosing to holiday at home, as well as many overseas visitors returning to Scotland, many shops are hoping to have a good summer and will be ready to place new orders in September.”

Scotland’s Trade Fair Spring returns to its normal hours in January and will be held at the SEC from January 22-24, 2023.
