Exchange valuable industrial expertise to increase investment prospects in the manufacturing sector of the African continent.

The manufacturing industry is essential to the success of companies and their countries, as it is responsible for creating many goods, employing millions of people and making goods more affordable. Additionally, the African continent offers high levels of global manufacturing investment opportunities.

The manufacturing export market in Africa is growing. According to the World Bank, much of this growth can be attributed to the increased number of African countries that are now in the manufacturing sector. The World Bank has also reported that Africa is now the largest exporter of manufactured goods in the world. To develop the African manufacturing export market, it is necessary to focus on the supply chain in the industry. This includes holding a trade fair and introducing innovations and futuristic technologies, equipment and machinery that will provide the industry with solutions to increase yields and improve quality.

RX Africa brings you the Future Manufacturing Africa (FMA) 2023 Exhibition and Summit. Our goal is to facilitate opportunities within the sector to generate jobs and growth, which is a key source of revenue and a source of wealth and of social development. FMA creates a development pathway for the manufacturing sector where we create business opportunities for companies that can contribute to the growth of circular manufacturing for sustainable development.

The manufacturing industry in Africa has growing potential. We are seeing growth spurts in major economic manufacturing and product driving countries. Egypt, the largest exporter of petroleum and petroleum products; Nigeria, the largest exporter of flexible metal tubing; Ghana, the largest producer of cocoa beans in the world; are among the budding African countries ready to invest and innovate. Other countries of interest but not limited to are South Africa, Morocco, Algeria, Congo DRC, Kenya, Ivory Coast and Uganda.

The continent is rich in raw materials and has a high demand for manufactured goods. This fair is an opportunity for companies to come and explore Africa’s potential. The aim of the show is to provide a platform for new and existing companies to share ideas, technologies and equipment. The FMA Trade Fair and Summit 2023 connects investors, entrepreneurs and key players in the hope of creating investment opportunities for prospective partnerships and projects on the African continent. These opportunities can contribute to cross-trade, expand Africa’s competitive advantage and sustainability in manufacturing.
