With Quartz Business Media and the CRU group, the world’s leading trade show is surrounded by two new partners who will bring solid and up-to-date content to the show.

A few weeks ago, the ALUMINUM team could already announce its partnership with the ACAM. The Additive Manufacturing Center Aachen on the campus of RWTH University Aachen is one of the most important research and development centers for additive manufacturing. Visitors to the show will benefit from the immense know-how of the ACAM within the framework of the Innovation Plaza Additive & Digital Manufacturing. Now we can proudly announce two more great partners.

Sustainable with CRU Group

New is the official partnership with the CRU group. The London-based economic intelligence company offers, among other things, the most in-depth analysis in the field of aluminium. This partnership, too, is the fruit of a long-standing relationship which has now turned into a relationship of solidarity: the experts of the CRU Group will play a key role in defining the program for the “Sustainability Plaza”.

Dominic Halahan, Portfolio Manager, CRU Events, said: “With RX’s leading aluminum exposure and CRU’s more than 50 years of experience in market analysis, this partnership will give decision makers high level of commercial and technical space the opportunity to meet in one place, see world-class cutting-edge technical developments from leading exhibitors, and gain unique insights from the objective perspectives of the market of key opinion leaders in the commercial sector.

Digital with Quartz Business Media (Aluminium International Today)

RX has had a very close content relationship with our colleagues at Quartz Business Media for years. And this is now leading to a real partnership: the British professional press house, which publishes among other things “Aluminium International Today”, will also play a major role in the “Innovation Plaza Additive & Digital Manufacturing” at ALUMINUM. Here, the various and above all new technical possibilities offered by the 3D printing of aluminum will be exposed.

“On behalf of the Aluminum International Today team, I’m honored and thrilled to help bring the new Innovation Plaza to life at this year’s ALUMINUM show,” said Nadine Bloxsome, Editor and Chief Content Officer. “Aluminium International Today is a leading global publication for the entire value chain, but in recent years we have worked to create more content dedicated to highlighting implementation challenges industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing solutions, so this new Innovation Plaza, focused on additive and digital manufacturing, is the perfect place to present this industry knowledge, organize various discussions and examine technology case studies. aimed at streamlining aluminum manufacturing processes. We look forward to meeting everyone and welcoming this exciting new element to ALUMINUM.”

Long-term partnerships

Malte Seifert, the project manager of the world’s leading trade fair, is particularly pleased that the two partnerships are not limited to 2022: “We were able to conclude long-term contracts with Quartz Business Media and the CRU Group. This allows us to ensure that the valuable knowledge of these two institutions will continue to be available to ALUMINUM.”
