Trade fair triple brings together the converting, corrugated board and industrial printing industries in person in Munich

The Bavarian capital hosted, from March 15 to 17, 2022, ICE Europe, CCE International and InPrint Munich side by side at the Munich exhibition center in Germany. They provided the converting, corrugated cardboard and industrial printing industries with a must-have live event.

The three specialist exhibitions marked a long-awaited return to business and networking opportunities and welcomed 10,618 attendees from 65 countries to Munich to experience machines, systems, materials and accessories. More than 5,670 of them were professional visitors and there were 474 exhibitors from 23 countries occupying a net exhibition area of ​​12,500 m².

The majority of visitors came from Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Austria and France and the main exhibiting countries were Germany, Italy, France, UK and Switzerland.

“Providing a central platform for industries and bringing together the right people to do business has always been our contribution to the economy,” said Nicola Hamann, managing director of the organizer Mack–Brooks exhibitions. “However, it was more important than ever to do our job this year. And it feels good to see the appreciation in the smiles of the attendees and to get the mostly positive feedback from all attendees.

The results of the visitor analysis, the organizers revealed, showed that visitors came mainly from the following industry sectors:

  • Packaging, printing, plastics, engineering, paper, chemicals, automotive, textiles and nonwovens as well as electronics (ICE Europe)
  • Corrugated mills and sheet mills, packaging, printing, folding box converters, packaging designers and specifiers, corrugated sheet feeders (CEC International)
  • Printing industry, packaging industry, manufacturing industry, design/advertising agency (InPrint Munich)

ICE Awards 2022

For the third time, the organizers of Mack-Brooks Exhibitions recognized best practice, excellence, innovation and outstanding exhibitor achievement with the ICE Awards, in three categories: “Digital Conversion Solutions”, “Products and sustainable manufacturing processes” and “Efficient production solutions”. ‘. The winners had been determined via online voting on the show’s website. A total of 29 exhibitors have been placed on the shortlist; and some 1,000 industry experts voted in all categories.

EThe next editions of ICE Europe, CCE International and InPrint Munich 2023 will take place from March 21 to 23, 2023 at the Munich Exhibition Center in Germany.
